The website does not currently support international orders but fret not, you can DM us on Instagram (@ryw.official) to place your order.
All sales are final. No refund will be issued after placing an order. Kindly refer to the 'Exchange Policy' below for more information.
Exchanges can only be made if they meet the terms and conditions stated. The product will need to be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag, packaging (if a dust bag is included) and any included accessories for it to be eligible for exchange.
The following reasons are eligible for exchanges:-
Receiving a product different from your order
Receiving a defective product
The following reasons DO NOT meet the conditions for an exchange:-
Change of mind (on size, color, etc.)
Damage caused by your own mishandling and/or poor courier handling
Unsatisfactory finish due to mass production
If you wish to proceed with an exchange, DM us on Instagram at @ryw.official and include a screenshot of the order as well as pictures of the product(s) to be exchanged. The return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please note that RYW. will NOT be responsible if the package is lost or damaged during the return shipment process.
