Free Local Shipping*

All shipments within Peninsular Malaysia are free. A flat rate of RM15 will be charged for shipments to East Malaysia for orders lower than RM500 and any orders above RM500 will be eligible for free shipping to East Malaysia. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 3-7 working days after confirmation of payment. A shipping notification will be sent via email which includes the tracking number and courier used to ship your order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customers from Singapore may proceed to order at the website and checkout via Paypal (a 6% Paypal fees will be charged based on the final payable amount). For international customers from countries other than Singapore, please send us a DM at Instagram for further enquiries.

Customs, import taxes, duties and additional collection fees may apply and vary based on the delivery country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient once the shipment arrives in its destination. RYW. is not responsible for any customs, import taxes, duties and additional collection fees.

Customers bear all risks of loss and damage to the products. Delivery is deemed complete upon acceptance of the shipment.


Tracking Information

Please allow at least 1-3 working days after receiving the shipping email for the tracking information of your package to appear on the courier’s tracking page.


Unsuccessful Delivery

If the initial delivery was not successful, the courier service will attempt to make a second delivery at an arranged date. If the second delivery was also unsuccessful, the courier will leave message stating that the second delivery is not successful and the item will be placed at the post office and you will have to collect your order from the designated post office. If the delivery is not successful and the order is sent back to us, we will contact you for a second delivery attempt. Do note that both the order placed and initial shipping fee are non-refundable.
